RETURN POLICY

Refunds will be given only when accompanied with a receipt and the merchandise is in the original and unused condition. Refunds will be issued in the manner of which the item was paid. If you have lost your receipt we will offer an exchange or store credit.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days with the following necessary exceptions:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise in the original packaging and original unused condition. Original receipt and UPC number of merchandise must be included in return.
  • If merchandise was purchased with cash money, then cash money will be returned to the customer. If purchase was made with a debit/credit card, then the return will be applied to the original debit/credit card that was used during purchase of merchandise.
  • There is a 10-day waiting period for returning merchandise that was purchased with a check.
Most of our boots have a manufacturer one-year limited warranty in normal use, against any manufacturing flaws, defective materials or workmanship with a few exceptions. The warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts and abrasions from outside causes, normal wear or misuse and/or abuse by the consumer/wearer. The warranty may also be void if the consumer/wearer applies any materials not recommended for footwear, such as polishes, oils or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear or apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your boot purchase, please return them as soon as possible. Warranty defect boots may be exchanged for another pair of the same style or any other style of boots that we carry. Customers must pay the price difference if the style used for the exchange costs more than the original boot purchase.

ALL WARRANTY BOOT RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT.
